About People's Palace
It is also home to Glasgow's Social History Museum which displays a wealth of artefacts, prints and painting from the mid-1700s to modern day.
The Winter Gardens is a Victorian Glasshouse where visitors have been able to relax amongst tropical plants since 1898. Recently refurbished, the glasshouse now regularly serves as a unique venue for weddings and other ceremonies where visitors can enjoy the ceremony amidst a collection of wonderfully exotic and rare plants from every corner of the globe.
